Bar cabinet model "Diné" designed by David Rosén. Produced in Sweden by Nordiska Kompaniet, circa 1950. Made from dark stained mahogany with custom brass hardware detail, structured mirror in the back part of the bar cabinet and lighter mahogany in the bottom cabinet. Adjustable shelves in both compartments. Good vintage condition with age related wear and patina. Obvious nicks and scratches. Comparable models sell for USD $3,300.

To clean vintage mahogany, first dust with a soft, lint-free cloth. For heavier cleaning, use a damp, not wet, soft cloth with a mild, pH-neutral soap and water solution, and then immediately dry the surface thoroughly with a separate dry cloth to prevent water damage. For stubborn grime, use a specialized wood cleaner safe for antiques. Finally, to restore shine and provide protection, buff with a high-quality wood polish, such as one made with beeswax, applying it according to the manufacturer's instructions.
